You must be confident and able to work under pressure in a male dominated sales environment. Excellent presentation, typing (40wpm+), telephone manner and face-to-face skills are essential as you will be dealing with candidates and clients on a daily basis. A very good understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be a distinct advantage. The ability and experience to proactively take responsibility for organising a Sales based office will be a major advantage as depending on your level of experience, we would look for you to take control of the office and all responsibilities involved in managing it. Main responsibilities include: Providing support to team Dealing with Office suppliers Reformatting of CVs into company style Database administration Assistance in organisation of events Meeting and greeting Clients and Candidates Typing CVs, letters and proposals Holiday / Sickness reports Ad hoc projects as required Other such duties necessary to the smooth running of the team and office Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday but as we’re a small office, flexibility is always available and reasonable.
