Although PMA IT has an extensive database of skilled consultants we are far from being a “CV shop.” Each candidate is carefully selected against each clients needs to make sure there is a complete match on each side.

PMA IT works hard to establish client requirements from each individual requirement needs to refine the actual recruitment process. We have always shied away from bulk CV mailing to each client, preferring the more personal and individual approach.

This approach has been reflected in our candidate submission to candidate placement ratio, which is of the highest quality and a good reason for why our clients keep coming back.

Candidates can feel assured that their applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence and that they will have full knowledge of where there data is stored and which client will be seeing it. They will have an expert PMA IT consultant assigned to them to identify the correct position for them and to advise and manage them through the recruitment process.
